Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Rizili error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the issue was caused by our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged

To request an exchange, please email support@rizili.com with your replacement details. Once approved, we will ship your new item as quickly as possible.


Exceptions & Limitations

Returns or exchanges may be refused or subject to partial refunds if:
