Refunds are processed only after your returned item is received and inspected.
Our quality assurance team will carefully check the product to confirm it meets our return conditions (unused, unworn, and in original packaging unless otherwise stated).
Once your return is approved, we will begin processing your refund within 14 business days.
2. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
Please keep in mind:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the entire order is returned.
If the return is not due to a Rizili error, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds do not apply to final-sale, clearance, or non-returnable items clearly marked at the time of purchase.
