Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing:

Tracking number

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your order leaves our facility.
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point.
This means responsibility for the package transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the shipment.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or incorrectly marked as delivered:
Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation.
Check your mailbox, front door, and surrounding areas.
Ask neighbors or building management if they accepted the package.
Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Have the order re-shipped (additional shipping charges may apply), or
Receive a refund (excluding original shipping costs)
We will notify you immediately if this occurs.
For large or multi-item orders, items may ship separately to speed up delivery.
