Order Policy

At Rizili, we aim to deliver a smooth, reliable, and transparent shopping experience. Every order placed on rizili.com is carefully reviewed, processed, and prepared with accuracy. If an issue occurs, our team is committed to resolving it promptly and fairly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review all order details — size, color, quantity, and shipping information — before completing checkout.
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase and include a 10% cancellation fee.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, email support@rizili.com and include your order number for fastest assistance.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for color or size changes.
If a mistake was made, you may cancel within the 24-hour window and place a new order.
If you need help choosing the right item before ordering, our team is always ready to assist.

Returns & Refunds

Return requests are accepted within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Eligible for return if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product does not match its online description

Not eligible for return if:

  • Items have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Only minor cosmetic imperfections are present (such as loose threads)
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • Damage occurred due to customer handling, not a Rizili error

How to Request a Refund

Email support@rizili.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Proof of purchase
  • Shipping receipt (if requested by support)

Do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.
Refunds include original shipping charges.
If your refund has not appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Return window: 120 days from delivery
  • Return shipping: Customer responsibility unless caused by a Rizili error
  • Rizili is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit
